These courses spread across Catering, Tailoring & Fashion Designing, Electrician, Beautician, Computers and Support courses in Healthcare are tailor-made courses for the market needs and provide effective solutions to stomp away unemployment. Today there are multiple success stories of people being placed in companies, starting small units and earning a good livelihood leading to a secure future.
The journey started with a Computer Training Institute in 2001 and over the 20 years, SPMESM could train 12500+; mostly women from slums with 8500 of them getting gainful employment/ self- employment of a minimum of 5000 Rs a month!

Short term courses in Basic Tailoring on 3 Locations and Computer Courses on 1 location in Aurangabad city. Every year 400+ trainees receive the training at a token fees. Placement/ Self Employment over 60%
